Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care may cost when you are uninsured or not using insurance.

Your right to an estimate

If you are self-pay or uninsured, you may request a Good Faith Estimate for scheduled services. The estimate outlines expected charges for items and services so you can plan with fewer surprises.

Current session fees are listed on the FAQ & Rates page. Actual costs may vary based on the services you receive and how many sessions you complete.

To request a Good Faith Estimate, contact Elevate Life Counseling before your first paid session — or ask during your free consultation. You can also review federal guidance on the No Surprises Act.
